Objective

The objective of this poll is to identify what drives conversions for products offered in the market. The outcome of this poll helps to determine gaps between customer expectations and offered products in a specific niche for new product development by comparing image stacks and monitoring consumers in their behavior.

Key Steps

  1. Research and Selection:

    • Identify a specific niche market.

    • Visit Amazon and select 3 well-selling products in the chosen niche.

  2. Create Poll Situation:

    • Define a specific situation/problem where this product type would be a solution.

    • Write down the situation in the Situation field.

  3. Add Poll Options:

    • Input the ASIN of each product into the system to gather information from Amazon.

    • Add all the images of the image stacks on Amazon, to the poll options, simply by clicking on the images.

  4. Audience Selection:

    • Select the customer segmentation to accurately target the right customer buying profile.

    • Ensure the audience segment consists of people who typically purchase products in the selected niche.

  5. Poll Execution:

    • Launch the poll and wait for the results to accumulate.

  6. Result Analysis:

    • Review the poll results to identify trends and preferences.
